The desk layout is actually based on the one that I have at the furniture store that I work at as a stockboy. One of the things that people have commented on is the fact that I do a good job of integrating my characters into the background of a pic instead of just having a background. Mostly it’s done out of my own desire to see the people actually immersed in their world and because psychologically they can sometimes look really weird if they’re not involved in the action somehow.
