And now we kick off Hannah Ments redesign fanart week! For those not reading the Blog, I will tell you right here that Hannah is a real pain to draw. While people have been encouraging me to stick with the original design and see how it flows from there, I made a request in the ComicGenesis forums for redesign concepts for her hair and during the next week I’ll be showing them to you!
Now, some of you are, of course, asking whether or not this will interfere with regular updates. The answer is no, no, NO! Wednesdays and Fridays will still premiere new pages, since I have two and a half months’ worth of buffer to go through before I need anything to substitute that and I’ll still be far ahead of the game by the time we reach the end of issue 3. ^_~
Our first fanart piece comes from Killbert-Robby of Killbert fame. Normally I’d plug him here, but sadly my attempts at finding the URL of Killbert have failed miserably. ^_~ Never the less, this features a very lovely cut of Hannah’s hair being longer in the back plus a Lightbringer-like triangle bit in the front. Whether this was deliberate or not is anyone’s guess. ^_~
