Chibiartstudios back in August had been thinking about doing commissions, but wanted to do one for free before he leapt into things. As such, I took it upon myself to leap at the chance to get some free fanart. ^_~ As such, this was the fruit of his labor - an awesome little diddy featuring the main characters, Carter walking down a street (on the Boulevard of Broken Dreams, no doubt... ^_~), and three supervillains spread throughout.
