Abilities: Practically anything conceivable in this univers or any other.
Modus Operandi: Stealing rather unimpressive jewels, technologies, and other assorted items. Kills whenever something gets in his way.
History: To be Revealed at a later point.
Author's Notes: After the TV show Angel had ended, I got involved in a fanfiction project that never got off the ground writing for
various Buffy-verse characters. I decided to try my hand at creating a character who- well, I'll reveal that part of it later. ^_~ In any case,
the fruit of those labors was the Smiling Man, whose name I got from the idea of Cancer Man from The X-Files. I liked the idea of a character
whose name was more of a title or description than a real name. He's just this creepy, powerful smiling guy.
